Austin was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of selling my property. He was responsive and provided a clear outline of the process with great suggestions. His knowledge of the market made the sale happen in a shorter time frame than what was expected and whenever I felt that certain issues would create roadblocks, he provided great solutions. Mr. Mcfarland is the absolute best real estate agent around. He is so professional, knowledgeable, kind, and most importantly has integrity. He went above and beyond what we prayed for in an agent. I was so stressed and nervous to buy a home living so far away but this process has been seamless. He has been available for any questions we have and has connected us to the best people to make our move to a new state much easier.We flew out for 1 weekend to find a home and close on it due to my husband being relocated for work and having a time crunch. Austin spent the entire weekend (2 days) driving us around the county showing us over 18 homes and eventually negotiating and getting us a home that is perfect for us and our two babies. He is like an encyclopedia for home buying and all the things that come with it. Truly a great realtor and a great person as well! 100% recommend him!

Austin helped me with a property purchase that’s almost 5 hours away from where he resides, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was well informed to make the decision to move forward. He was able to negotiate a price at 15k lower than asking, even though the seller had already dropped the price and was asking for “bottom dollar”. His communication was thorough and prompt throughout the process. He made it all so easy. I’ll certainly be using him again for future real estate needs.

It started with a search on Zillow from our couch in Chicago. Zillow connected us with Austin, which was the start of a wild whirlwind! We drove into Tyler, met Austin , who was ready and prepared to share everything that made Tyler great and special! Austin showed us a variety of properties, giving us a feel for the type of homes on the market in this area. He gave us history, showed us local parks and places that would allow us to make a very hard decision for our family of 7 – moving cross country to a place we knew not a single soul. After finding our home, knowing we were going to start a very hectic transition, he stayed on the ball with communicating everything we needed to do and keeping us in the loop through the whole process! We recommend Austin for any real estate needs!!!

If friendships are telling, I met Austin well over six months prior to us closing on my sanctuary. He was patient, professional, and guided me through the unknown local East Texas market.
